### English Baseline Assessment
Before your consultation.
A short CEFR-aligned placement diagnostic covering grammar, vocabulary and reading. It provides a likely tested level, skill profile, priority area and useful starting point for the consultation.
It does not assess speaking, writing, pronunciation, interaction or executive communication.

After enrolment.
A live, coach-led and scenario-based diagnostic based on the professional situations that matter to you. With your permission, parts may be recorded so your coach can establish behavioural starting points and build your personal 12-week roadmap.

## Questions, answered.
### Is this the same as Business English?
No. Generic Business English usually covers broad workplace vocabulary and standard professional situations.
The 12-Week Executive English Fluency Transformation is designed for professionals who already work in English and need to perform more effectively in specific high-stakes situations such as board presentations, negotiations, leadership meetings and UK stakeholder conversations.
### Is it only for advanced English speakers?
It is primarily designed for professionals who already use English at work. Suitability depends on both your current level and the situation you need to handle.
The Level 0 assessment gives an initial tested-level estimate before your consultation.
### Is the programme CEFR-certified?
No. The programme is CEFR-informed and the initial assessment is CEFR-aligned.
The CEFR is a framework for language learning, teaching and assessment, not a certification issued by Learn Lab. The baseline result is a placement estimate, not an official CEFR certificate.
### What happens before the consultation?
You complete a short English Baseline Assessment covering grammar, vocabulary and reading.
Your result gives us a more useful starting point for discussing your role, goals and current high-stakes communication situations.
### What happens after I enrol?
You are matched with a coach and complete a live, scenario-based Authority Profile Diagnostic.
Your coach then creates a personal 12-week roadmap based on your professional situation, behavioural starting points and chosen track.
### Do you teach accent reduction?
We do not promise accent removal or native-like speech.
Where relevant, you will work on pronunciation, rhythm, pacing, stress, pausing and delivery to improve intelligibility and reduce listener effort.
### Is the programme personalised?
Yes — but not improvised.
Every client follows the same five-stage method and core programme architecture. Your scenarios, priorities and Weeks 4–9 track are personalised around your diagnostic and professional needs.
### Can this support C-suite and corporate clients?
Yes. The programme can support individual executives as well as company-sponsored leaders and senior teams.
Clients requiring a more intensive, higher-touch service may be suited to the separate C-suite & Boardroom Masterclass VIP upgrade.
Corporate programmes can be adapted around organisational roles, shared communication situations and reporting requirements.
### Are sessions or diagnostics recorded?
Only with your permission.
Recording selected scenarios can make before-and-after comparison more useful, but recordings are not used without consent.
