Built for professionals who want to improve their English. Not for beginners.
We work with clients who already have a basic level of English (B1 or above). The course is designed to polish and refine English rather than start from the beginning.
Founders and Executives
Preparing for investor conversations, board decisions, strategic presentations or defining leadership moments.
Directors and Senior Managers
Leading teams, influencing across functions and representing their expertise in senior rooms.
Consultants and Client Leaders
Explaining complex thinking, handling challenge and guiding high-value conversations.
UK-Facing and Relocating Leaders
Working with British teams, clients and stakeholders where nuance, indirectness and professional culture matter.
How will I improve?
We help you speak, negotiate, present and lead with more of the authority, clarity and personality you already possess in your native language.
- Present with confidence and structure a recommendation so clients and colleagues are impressed.
- Communicate with clearer rhythm, pacing and pronunciation so listeners understand you the first time.
- Respond to challenges without rushing, freezing or losing your point.
- Know how disagree elegantly and navigate conflict well.
- Feel good by understanding UK/US culture and nuance. You get what people are trying to say.
- Create more business through more clients and better existing relationships.
You do not need another generic English course.
Senior professionals rarely struggle because they have not studied enough grammar. They stall because conventional training is disconnected from the rooms in which their English actually matters.
I Need More than just Normal English Lessons
Your professional coaching service is organised around you. No client is the same and so every course must be personalised.
The Coach May Not Understand My Industry
Our coaches have 20+ years of experience. Your team considers your role, professional context, target situation, schedule and communication priorities.
I Sound Less Senior in English
You work on the observable behaviours behind senior communication: structure, precision, turn-taking, recommendations and controlled responses.
I Lose Control When Challenged
Rehearsals introduce interruption, ambiguity, resistance and time pressure rather than practising only prepared answers.
I Need to Understand UK Nuance
Where relevant, coaching addresses British indirectness, understatement, humour, disagreement and stakeholder expectations.
I Want Measurable Progress, Not Vague Confidence
Progress is reviewed through recordings, coach observation and changes in specific communication behaviours.
From knowing the English to commanding the situation.
The programme follows a fixed five-stage method, personalised around the professional situation where English currently costs you the most impact.
-
01
Diagnose
Identify your strengths, priority gaps, target situations and the communication behaviours that matter most.
-
02
Decode
Understand what changes when pressure rises: hesitation, mental translation, unclear structure, missed nuance or loss of control.
-
03
Rebuild
Develop the language, message structure and delivery behaviours needed for stronger executive communication.
-
04
Rehearse
Practise your real meetings, presentations, negotiations and leadership conversations under realistic conditions.
-
05
Command
Integrate the skills, compare performance and leave with a clear next-stage roadmap.
A consistent method. A personal application.
Four capabilities. One professional outcome.
Your roadmap is built across four connected areas. The emphasis changes according to your diagnostic, role and immediate professional situation.
Pressure Fluency
Think, recover and respond without losing control. Work on buying time, clarifying, reformulating, repairing an answer and remaining composed when the conversation moves unexpectedly.
Message Architecture
Make your thinking easier to follow — and harder to dismiss. Structure updates, recommendations, arguments and decisions with a clear point, rationale, evidence, implication and next step.
Reading & Steering the Room
Handle the interaction, not only the vocabulary. Work on disagreement, interruption, stakeholder dynamics, subtext, ambiguity and UK professional communication.
Voice & Presence
Reduce listener effort. Improve pacing, rhythm, stress, pausing, pronunciation and delivery so your message is clearer and easier to absorb.
Learn English for the room which you're in.
Bring us the board presentation, negotiation, leadership meeting or UK transition moment that matters next.

English Baseline Assessment
Before your consultation.
A short CEFR-aligned placement diagnostic covering grammar, vocabulary and reading. It provides a likely tested level, skill profile, priority area and useful starting point for the consultation.
It does not assess speaking, writing, pronunciation, interaction or executive communication.
Authority Profile Diagnostic
After enrolment.
A live, coach-led and scenario-based diagnostic based on the professional situations that matter to you. With your permission, parts may be recorded so your coach can establish behavioural starting points and build your personal 12-week roadmap.
How you structure ideas, recover under pressure, respond to challenge, manage interaction and make your speech easier to follow.
You do not get a tutor. You get a team.
You receive a dedicated English coach. You receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager. You receive support from Learn Lab management team.
Together, we help you improve each week.

Questions, answered.
No. Generic Business English usually covers broad workplace vocabulary and standard professional situations.
The 12-Week Executive English Fluency Transformation is designed for professionals who already work in English and need to perform more effectively in specific high-stakes situations such as board presentations, negotiations, leadership meetings and UK stakeholder conversations.
It is primarily designed for professionals who already use English at work. Suitability depends on both your current level and the situation you need to handle.
The Level 0 assessment gives an initial tested-level estimate before your consultation.
No. The programme is CEFR-informed and the initial assessment is CEFR-aligned.
The CEFR is a framework for language learning, teaching and assessment, not a certification issued by Learn Lab. The baseline result is a placement estimate, not an official CEFR certificate.
You complete a short English Baseline Assessment covering grammar, vocabulary and reading.
Your result gives us a more useful starting point for discussing your role, goals and current high-stakes communication situations.
You are matched with a coach and complete a live, scenario-based Authority Profile Diagnostic.
Your coach then creates a personal 12-week roadmap based on your professional situation, behavioural starting points and chosen track.
We do not promise accent removal or native-like speech.
Where relevant, you will work on pronunciation, rhythm, pacing, stress, pausing and delivery to improve intelligibility and reduce listener effort.

Recording selected scenarios can make before-and-after comparison more useful, but recordings are not used without consent.
